Funeral Arrangements
Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time to source specific flower requests. Sunday deliveries may not always be available.
Delivery to Hospitals + Nursing Homes
We will deliver your gift to the front desk staff and carefully observe the current COVID policies.
Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: Due to the nature of cut flowers, our designers may need to make substitutions from time to time. We will always choose a substitution that fits the look and feel of the bouquet and value of the design.
Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.
Delivery Policy
Please note if you would like to schedule a no-contact delivery in the Florist Instructions box. Recipient may be contacted to ensure they are available to accept delivery. If the recipient does not answer the phone, we will leave a message for them to call us to arrange a delivery time.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please call our store. If your gift is already en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.
Replacements
Please call us if there is any product that doesn't meet your expectations.
